A single station thermal will serve as either customer receipt or printed audit roll.
If used as customer receipt an electronic journal can provide a printed record of each transaction if required. End of day management reports can also be printed. The printer can even be turned off & if a customer asks for a receipt after the transaction has been competed a receipt can still be printer.
