With Sure Note you insert notes randomly. It does not matter which side of the money lies on top. You then read whether a note is real on the display and also what value it has. The appliance has a practical addition function. The total value of all scanned notes is given immediately; this way you know whether you have received the correct amount. The Sure Note offers a definite answer concerning the authenticity within one second and works with British pounds (also available in the Euro Version). and is approved by the Bank of England. 

The Sure Note uses four methods to detect a note: Magnetic Ink, Metal Thread, IR and Size

If new banknotes are issued on the market there is no problem as Sure Note is equipped with an update port, so that you can easily update the software. After the update the device can immediately handle the new notes.
